夫が入院して一人暮らしになってしまったさえこを心配し、娘夫婦が同居してくれることになった。さえこは娘夫婦の優しい心遣いに感謝し、子供を待望する二人を影から支えようと思っていたが…。同居生活がしばらく続くと、娘夫婦の仲が上手くいっていないことを知る。なんとか若い二人の力になりたいさえこは仲裁を買ってでるが、話し合いは不調に終わってしまう。それもそのはず。夫婦仲が悪化したのは義息がさえこの妖艶な色気に心奪われていたからなのだから…。
